A success since 1990, NRDC is the brainchild of Penny Emerson - who realized there was a need to provide patients in Northern Arizona with safe rides to their health care providers. These patients would often not be able to make it to the hospital for treatment on their own. At the time there was no other company in the area providing these services. So with only a few old vehicles, they would coordinate with the patients to help them get to all their necessary appointments on a regular basis. Dialysis patients, in particular, need regular rides to and from their health care provider. Quality Home Care was created after the realization that the Medicaid patients who were receiving transportation were not having their personal home care needs met. The most recent business created is Reliable Janitorial Services that provides the best commercial cleaning in the four corners area.

Native Transport Division is a non-emergency medical transportation business. We are an approved and certified Medicaid transportation provider in Arizona. We have been in operation for over seventeen years and operate a fleet of transportation vehicles specializing in performing wheelchair and unassisted transports. We pride ourselves on our driver training and safety programs which enables the safe, consistent, and friendly door-to-door services hundreds of individuals have come to expect. Quality Home Care provides home care services to many elderly and/or disabled clients so they may live in their own homes and achieve the highest level of independence possible. We provide services in both Arizona and New Mexico. The personal home care program provides our clients assistance with meals, bathing, grooming, mobility, light housekeeping and support services.  We regard our clients as friends and do what we can to ensure respectful and quality service.  NM PCO, AZ ALTCS, and Private Pay programs are available.
